Ownership: Sky Ridge Plaza is owned by two Texas limited partnerships, Southwestern Retail Properties, L.P. (formed in 1993) and Southwestern Retail Properties II, L.P. (formed in 1998). The general partner of the limited partnerships is Southwestern Retail Properties G.P., Inc., a Texas corporation. Both of the partnerships and the corporate general partner are headquartered in Round Rock, Texas. The Managing Agent of the shopping center is Aramcor, Inc., which also manages Park West Corporate Center, a nine-building 118,000 square foot campus-style business park in Round Rock. We also operate the upscale Wyndham Austin Hotel and Woodward Conference Center, conveniently located on IH-35 between downtown and the airport.
